Novell Software Development (india) Ltd. is out on Hosur Road. We are specifically at the 7th Mile mark in Gravebhavi Palya. Our address is 49/1 and 49/3, so we have a decent amount of space for our operations. Hosur Road is famous for its traffic, and we are right in the thick of it. It’s a very busy part of the city, but it means we are easy to find. We focus on software development here. It’s been our base for a long time. Unlike some of the newer startups, we’ve been around the block a few times and have a more established way of doing things. The building is quite large, and we have various teams working on different parts of software projects. It’s a professional environment, but we don't bother with corporate formalities that don't help the work. We mostly just talk about the code and the deadlines. The office isn't overly decorated; it’s built for work. We have a cafeteria where we hang out, but a lot of the guys still prefer going to the local spots nearby for a change of pace. We don't spend money on big advertising campaigns. Our reputation usually comes from the work we’ve been doing for years. It’s a lot of hours spent at the keyboard, but that’s the nature of software dev. We’re just a bunch of developers trying to make sure the software is solid and reliable for whoever is using it.
