Not Working Now

Up in Yelahanka, specifically at Hunasmarana Halli, you’ll find us at H 1 on the first floor. We are situated right above Guru Ragavendra Properties on Suggatta Road. Our name is Not Working Now. It sounds a bit like we’ve given up, but really it’s just the name we ended up with. Being on the first floor is good because we get to see everything happening on Suggatta Road without being right in the middle of the dust on the ground. The area is developing fast, so there’s always construction noise somewhere nearby. You can hear the planes from the airport sometimes too. Our space is pretty basic. We have some white walls that are a bit scuffed up and a floor that we sweep every morning. There’s a small balcony where we keep a few dying plants and where we go to get some air when the room feels too small. Since we are above the property office, people sometimes come up here by mistake looking for land deals, and we have to point them back downstairs. We just do our own thing up here. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We take our time with the tasks we have. Bangalore is a big city, but out here in Yelahanka, it feels a bit like its own separate world where we can just be. We don't have much, but we have enough to keep the doors open and the lights on most days.
