North American Service Centre

We are located at Chani Jakat Naka 42 in the Koramangala area. It is an interesting spot to be in because there is always a lot of movement around here. People are always coming and going. We have been running this service centre for a bit now and it keeps us on our toes. The name might sound a bit official but we are really just a bunch of folks working in a workshop-style setting. We spend our time fixing things and talking to customers who drop by. The place is often full of parts and tools because we do not believe in hiding the work. You can see exactly what is going on when you walk in. We do not have a fancy receptionist or a waiting room with a television. Usually, there is just a stool or a chair if you need to sit down for a minute. The heat can get a bit much in the afternoons so we try to get the heavy work done early in the day. We have learned that if you just treat people fairly and do what you said you would do, things usually work out fine. We do not have any big mission statements or goals written on the walls. Our main thing is just making sure the work is finished by the time the sun goes down. It is a basic way of doing things but it has worked for us so far.
