Nissi Hr Solution is located in the Peenya 2nd Stage area of Bangalore. We are specifically in Shushtuthi Nagar, near Rupha Mohan. Peenya is really the industrial heart of the city, so it’s not the flashy part of Bangalore with the big malls and fancy glass buildings. It’s a place where things actually get manufactured and people work very hard. Our office is a simple, functional place. We handle HR work, which means our days are filled with talking to people and looking through piles of resumes. There is a constant hum of noise from the nearby factories that you eventually stop noticing after working here for a week. The traffic in this part of Bangalore is quite famous for being difficult, so once we get to the office, we usually stay put until the end of the day. We have a small electric kettle for making coffee and we keep some biscuits in the desk drawers for snacks. The room isn't particularly large, but it fits our small team just fine. We spend a significant amount of our time on the phone. It is a very straightforward way of working. We don't have a massive HR manual for ourselves; we just handle whatever tasks come our way. The building isn't hard to find if you know where the Rupha Mohan landmark is. We have been at this address for a long time and we know the tea seller on the corner very well.
