Nineth Avenue

We’re located over at Kalappa Layout 33, just off 12th Cross on Bvk Iyengar Road. It’s a busy part of town, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been here for a while, and the walls are starting to show a bit of age, but it’s home to us at Nineth Avenue. The office is a bit cramped because we have so much stuff piled up, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit of a local landmark for people who live in the layout. We don't go for any of that corporate polish. You won’t find any marble or expensive art here. Instead, you’ll see stacks of paper and people working hard at their desks. We like the noise of the street; it keeps us feeling connected to the city. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very human way of doing things. We know our customers by name, and they know us. We don’t try to sell them things they don't need. We just provide what they’re looking for and call it a day. It’s a simple business model, but it’s kept us going this long. The 12th Cross is a narrow street, so parking is always a bit of a gamble. But we make it work somehow.
