Our spot is right where Banneraghatta Road meets 80 Feet Road. If you know that intersection, you know it’s always moving with cars and people. We’ve been set up here for quite some time now, watching the city grow around us. Bangalore has changed a lot, but this corner still feels familiar. We deal with a lot of information and tech stuff as Ninestars Information Technologies Ltd, but we aren't the type to talk in jargon or act like we're better than anyone else. Our office is a functional space. It has plenty of wires, computers, and half-empty coffee mugs on the desks. We’re just a bunch of people who enjoy solving problems and making things work. The traffic outside can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we often stay late just to avoid the worst of it. It’s not a fancy glass building, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out during the monsoon. We have a small area where we eat lunch and complain about the commute. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles. We just do the work that needs to be done. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living in a very busy city.
