Niketan Consultant is located in Banashankari 1st Stage, specifically in the 2nd Block at number 583. It is a mostly residential part of Bangalore, so it is quite green and peaceful compared to the tech parks. We have a small office here that feels more like a home than a corporate space. We’ve been here for a good while and the neighbors all know us by now. The office itself is just a few rooms where we keep our files and do our consulting work. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who have been doing this for years. People usually come to see us by appointment because the office is tucked away in this quiet block. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we go over their paperwork. It’s a very laid-back environment. We don’t wear suits or have big meetings with slides. We just sit down, have some coffee, and talk about whatever project needs looking at. The building number 583 is easy to spot once you are on the right street in the 2nd Block. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy to get to and it doesn’t feel like you’re stuck in the middle of a concrete jungle. It is a simple place for simple work, and that’s the way we have always kept it. We have some plants by the window and an old clock on the wall that ticks quite loudly. It's just homey.
