Niit

We are set up at House No 111 on 5th Cross in Cambridge Layout. Bangalore is a big city, but this little pocket in 560008 feels a bit more relaxed than the main hubs. Niit is based right here in this house. It is an old building with a bit of character, not one of those new glass boxes. We like the trees on the street; they give some nice shade when it gets sunny. Inside, it is mostly just us working at our desks. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes eat lunch together. It is not a formal environment at all. We wear casual clothes and talk across the room. People walking their dogs often pass by our gate. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which is good for staying focused. Sometimes the Bangalore traffic makes it hard for people to reach us on time, but that is just part of living here. We have got a few chairs for visitors, but we are not really set up for big meetings. Niit is just a group of us trying to stay busy and do good work from this 5th Cross location. We like being in Cambridge Layout because it is central but does not feel like a concrete jungle. It is a comfortable place to spend the day. We have been here for a while and don't plan on moving any time soon.
