NEXTA BUILDING SYSTEMS LLP

Our office for NEXTA BUILDING SYSTEMS LLP is in Mega Manak Tower, right there on S. Kariyappa Road. We are at No 163/A, which is in the heart of Basavangudi. If you know Bangalore, you know 560004 is a busy area with a lot of history. We moved into this tower a while back to be more central. The office itself is okay, but we spend most of our energy on the actual building systems we work with. It's not all glamorous; there’s plenty of time spent looking at technical drawings and arguing over measurements. We have a small crew and we like it that way. It means we know exactly what’s going on at every stage of a project. S. Kariyappa Road can be a nightmare for traffic, so we try to time our site visits carefully so we aren't stuck in the car all day. Most of our clients are just regular people or local businesses around Karnataka. We don't use any fancy software for everything—sometimes a pencil and a notebook are just easier for sketching out an idea. The desks are usually covered in blueprints and half-empty water bottles. It feels like a real workspace, not one of those sterile offices you see in magazines. We just focus on the practical side of things and try to make sure everything we build is solid. It’s simple work, really, even if the details get complicated sometimes. We just do our thing and move on.
