Next Generation Schooling India Pvt Ltd is based at number 155 on Old Madras Road in Malleshwaram. If you know Bangalore, you know this area has a lot of history and character. We chose to be here because it feels like a real part of the city. Our office isn't anything too flashy, just a solid place where we can focus on our schooling projects. Old Madras Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of energy around us all the time. We aren't some giant educational conglomerate with glass walls and suits. We’re just a team that cares about what we do. We spend most of our time here at the Malleshwaram location figuring out how to make things work better. The building at 155 is pretty easy to spot. We like the fact that we're surrounded by local shops and the usual Bangalore bustle. It keeps us grounded. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a bunch of people in uniforms. It’s just us in our workspace, getting on with the day. We’ve been in this spot for a while and it’s become like a second home to the staff. We just try to do right by the people we work with. It's practical and straightforward here. We don't see the need for all the extra polish you find in the big corporate parks. We just want to keep things running well for everyone involved in our little setup.
