New Tech Constructions

New Tech Constructions is based in D Block of Kumarswamy Layout, at number 23. This is a pretty calm part of Bangalore compared to the city center. Our office is a practical space where we keep all our construction plans and site reports. It is usually a bit messy with rolls of blueprints, samples of flooring, and maybe a little bit of dust that we brought back from a building site. We aren't the type to sit in the office all day long. Usually, we are out at different locations checking on how the walls are going up or if the materials have arrived on time. Construction is a tough business and something always seems to go wrong with the schedule or the weather. We just try to handle the problems as they come up. We don't wear suits; you’ll mostly see us in sturdy boots and clothes that we don’t mind getting a bit of cement on. Back at the office, we have an old desk where we do our bookkeeping and a small area to make some coffee. It is a straightforward business. We don't have any fancy mission statements or glossy brochures. We just build things and try to make sure they are solid. It’s hard work and the days are long, but seeing a house finally finished is a good feeling.
