New Bharath Music

You can find us over at 153 Navab Hyderali Khan Road in Kalasipalyam. It’s a busy part of town, always something happening outside the door. We’ve been involved with music for quite a while now. It’s not a huge store, but we cram a lot into the space we have. You’ll see instruments tucked into corners and stacks of things everywhere. It smells a bit like old wood and guitar strings in here. We don’t have those bright lights or fancy displays you see in the malls. It’s just a local shop for people who actually play. We get a lot of students coming in, and sometimes older folks who’ve been playing for decades. We talk a lot about tunes and equipment with anyone who stops by. The street outside is usually crowded, so it’s a bit of a refuge once you step inside. We do our own thing. If someone needs a string replaced or is looking for a specific book, we help them out. It’s a bit dusty sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you have so much stock. We don’t really bother with the internet much; we prefer when people just come in and chat. It’s been a staple on this road for a long time. We plan on staying right here, keeping the music going in our own small way.
