Ness Technologies

Ness Technologies is located over in Banashankari 3rd Stage. Specifically, we are at 9 Old No 39 on the 4th Main Road in the Rangappa Layout area. Bangalore 560087 is our local area code. This is more of a residential kind of neighborhood, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main city center or the big tech parks. We operate out of a building that has been standing here for quite many years. It is not one of those fancy glass buildings you see in places like Whitefield. We have our servers and our desks set up in a way that just works for us. The layout of the office is actually a bit cramped because we have accumulated a lot of equipment over time, but we make it work. We spend the majority of our time on coding or fixing various technical issues that pop up. Sometimes we go and sit on the steps outside for a bit to get some fresh air during the day. The 4th Main Road is quite narrow, so finding a spot for parking is always a bit of a headache for visitors. We do not have a company canteen, so we usually just walk to the local darshini for our breakfast or lunch. It is a very grounded and simple way to work in the tech industry. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just write programs and fix things that aren't working right. The people in the office have been together for a long time.
