Nandishwara Developers Llp is what we call our company. Our office is at No. 78, in a building named 'Imagine'. We are situated on the ITPL Main Road in the EPIP Zone. This is right in the middle of Whitefield. Anyone who lives in Bangalore knows that this area is always moving and always crowded. We work on property development projects from our space here. The 'Imagine' building is a good spot for us because it’s right on the main road. We aren’t a corporate giant with thousands of employees. We are just a local developer trying to stay busy and do things right. Our office is a working space, filled with papers, plans, and the sound of phones. We don't really do the whole polished marketing thing. We just focus on the development work that needs to get done. Being in the EPIP Zone means we are surrounded by tech parks and other businesses. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years. We spend a lot of time on site visits and meetings, but the office on ITPL Main Road is our home base. We keep things pretty simple and don’t make things more complicated than they need to be. If you are driving through Whitefield and pass the 'Imagine' building, that’s where you’ll find us. We are just a group of people who know how to build and develop properties in this city.
