We've been working out of this spot in Rayasandra for a while now. If you head down the 2nd Cross in G R Homes, you'll find us at our office at K No 1427. It isn't a fancy place, just where we keep the records and meet folks about their building plans. Anekal Taluk is a busy area these days, and we see a lot of changes happening right outside our door. Being locals, we know how the weather affects the work around here and what the ground is like for building. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on the crew. We don't really have a big corporate setup, just some desks and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. People from around the village stop by to talk about their plots or just to see how a project is coming along. It gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just part of being near construction sites all day. We handle the paperwork and the planning right here. It's practical work, really. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic with the scheduling, especially when the rains hit Anekal unexpectedly, but we manage to keep things moving. We’ve seen Rayasandra grow from just a few houses to what it is today. Being part of that growth is something we notice every time we drive to the office. It’s a lot of long hours, but seeing a house actually go up makes it feel worth it. We wouldn't want to be based anywhere else.
