N Shiva Murthy

Down here in Malleshwaram, at number 47, is where you will find N Shiva Murthy. It’s a nice enough area, very typical of this part of Bangalore with the old trees and the quiet streets that get busy during market hours. The office is pretty straightforward. We have some wooden furniture that’s been here for years and a couple of computers that get the job done. It’s not the kind of place that has a receptionist or a coffee machine in the lobby. Usually, it’s just me or a couple of others sitting here, handling whatever paperwork needs to be sorted out for the day. We like the pace of Malleshwaram because it feels a bit more like the old days compared to the rest of the city. We don't do much in the way of marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. It’s just a local operation. When people come by, they usually just walk in and start talking. It’s very informal. We have a lot of regular faces who stop in just to say hello or check on something. The afternoons can be a bit slow when the sun is high, but we stay until the work is finished. It’s a decent life, working in a neighborhood like this. We don’t have big goals of expanding everywhere, we just like being part of the community here at Malleshwaram 47 and doing what we can to stay busy and helpful.
