It’s a well-known spot because of the college nearby, so there’s always a lot of activity and students around. We are at number 77. Our office is a modest place where we spend most of our time dealing with the usual business associate work. We’ve been in this lane for quite a while, and we like the energy of the neighborhood. It’s not a corporate headquarters by any means. It’s just a few of us working together to get things sorted out. We don't use big words to sound important. We’d rather just be useful and clear with the people we talk to. Some days we are buried in documents, and other days we’re out meeting folks.
