N K S Construction

N K S Construction has been based out of Sadashiva Nagar for a while now. Number 435 is where we keep our tools and handle all the planning. It is not a showroom. It is more of a workspace where we figure out the logistics for whatever job we are currently on. Construction is messy work, so the office usually reflects that. You will likely see blueprints rolled up on every flat surface and maybe some dust from the latest site visit we did. We are not the type to wear suits. Most days we are in work boots and ready to head out to a project at a moment's notice. The neighbors in Sadashiva Nagar know us well enough by now. We do not make a big fuss about what we do. People just see the trucks moving in and out during the week. It is a local operation, plain and simple. We deal with the usual headaches of building things, like weather delays, supply issues, and all that. It is just part of the life we chose. We do not have a fancy receptionist or a waiting room with shiny magazines. If someone stops by, we just pull up a stool and talk about what needs doing. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset most weeks. We take things as they come and try to get through the list of tasks without too much drama. That is the story of our shop.
