Multinational Company

Our office is actually set up inside Gautam Apartments in the Jagadish Nagar area. We are in Flat No 101 on the 5th Main, 1st Cross, right near BEML Hospital. It might seem a bit strange to have an office inside an apartment building, but it actually works out quite well for us. It feels more like a home and less like a cold, sterile workplace. We have a small kitchen where we can cook our own lunch or make coffee whenever we want. The neighborhood is mostly houses and apartments, so it is relatively quiet compared to the main commercial roads in Bangalore. We are a small team of people despite what the name of the company might suggest. Most of our day is spent on laptops or talking to people on the phone. Because we are in a residential building, we have to be careful about not making too much noise and bothering the people living next door. The main living room area is where we have set up all our desks and equipment. We do not have a reception desk or a big sign on the gate. You just have to come to the flat and ring the doorbell. It is a very informal way of working, and we all like it that way. Sometimes the elevator breaks down and we have to walk up, but that is just life.
