Our team is based over on Palace Road at Multi Dimensions Research India Pvt Ltd. It’s a well-known street, so finding us isn't usually a problem for anyone who needs to drop by. The office is situated in a building that has seen a lot of history. Inside, the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they hold up the shelves just fine. We do a lot of looking into things here—research and data mostly. It involves a lot of sitting and staring at screens or reading through reports. It’s quiet work for the most part, which is good because it helps us think. We have a small area for making coffee, which is where most of our conversations happen. There isn't any corporate branding plastered all over the place. We just have our equipment and our files. The commute along Palace Road can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but once you’re inside, it’s a world away from the noise of the traffic. We’ve got a few old plants in the corner that we try to remember to water. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people trying to figure things out. We don’t go for anything flashy because the work we do is pretty grounded. We show up in the morning, do what’s required, and usually wrap things up by early evening before it gets too dark outside.
