Msr Bio Tech Pvt Ltd is located out on the Mathikere Sondekoppa Road. We are based in Mantannakurchi Village, which is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main city. It is a lot quieter out here than in the center of town. We have a fair amount of space which helps with what we do. The road can be a bit rough depending on the season, especially when it rains. We moved here because we needed the room that you just can't get in a crowded city street. People sometimes ask why we are so far out, but it suits our style. There aren't many big signs or flashing lights around our place. It’s just a practical building where the work happens. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with fancy titles. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Most of the people here live nearby, so we know the local area well. The village has a different pace of life, and we have grown to appreciate that over time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work properly and keep things moving. Being out on Sondekoppa Road means we see a lot of greenery, which is a nice change. It’s a plain, honest place to work.
