Mphasis

Our office for Mphasis is located in Bangalore, specifically in the 560073 pin code area. This puts us out towards the northern edge of the city, near the highway. It’s an area that has seen a lot of growth lately, with new warehouses and small factories popping up all over the place. Because we’re a bit further out from the main city center, it’s a bit quieter, but the commute can be a long one for some of the staff who live closer to the middle of town. The air feels a little different out here, maybe a bit less dusty than the heart of the city. Our building is a simple concrete structure, very functional and without any unnecessary frills. We have a decent amount of space inside for our team, and we’ve set it up in a way that just makes sense for our daily workflow. There aren't many big restaurants around, so most of us bring our lunch or find something simple at the local stalls nearby. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of branding on the walls. It’s just a place where we come to get our tasks done and then head home before the evening traffic on the highway gets too backed up. We like the straightforward nature of working in this part of Karnataka. It’s practical and keeps us focused on the work at hand.
