Mphasis

Our office for Mphasis is located in Bangalore, specifically at Flat No 102 in the Sai Ratnam Manor building. We are at 205 87 on the Main Road in Kg Nagar, Gavipuram. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s a bit quieter than the tech parks on the other side of town. Working out of a flat gives the place a different feel. It’s not like a sterile office building. We have a small kitchen and a balcony where we sometimes stand to get some air. The rooms are filled with our workstations and a lot of cables running along the floor. We’ve been in Gavipuram for a while now and we like the local vibe. You can walk out and find good food just a few minutes away. Our team is small and we don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. We just all pitch in and get the work done. Bangalore can be a crazy place with all the traffic, so we are glad to be tucked away in this part of town. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the door bell rings, whoever is closest just goes to answer it. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day. It’s a comfortable spot to spend our working hours.
