We are located in C V Raman Nagar at A Block 66 1. This part of Bangalore is actually quite green compared to the rest of the city. Motorola India Pvt Ltd has been in this spot for a while now. The building is okay, nothing special to look at. We have a lot of stairs to climb every morning. Most of us arrive around the same time and crowd into the small elevator. The office layout is a bit cramped because we keep adding more desks. There’s a lot of talk about projects and deadlines throughout the day. You can hear the hum of the servers from the back room. We have a small balcony where people go to take phone calls or just get some air. The traffic on the way here is usually pretty bad, so everyone is a bit grumpy until they’ve had their first coffee. We don’t really have a big reception area. It’s just a desk with a phone and some old magazines. Sometimes the water cooler leaks and someone has to put a towel down. It’s a very normal office environment. We have some plants on the windowsills that someone forgets to water. It’s just us doing our thing in A Block. Most days are pretty much the same. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to wait it out. It's just a regular workplace where people do their jobs and then go home.
