Modccon Interior

We are Modccon Interior and you can find our office at Shivananda Circle Model House Street 4080 17Th Main Bsk Ii Stage. This part of Bsk II Stage is where we spend most of our time. It is a decent area with a lot of houses and other small offices nearby. Our setup on Model House Street is pretty straightforward. We have some samples lying around and some desks for drawing up plans. It is not a showy studio with bright lights; it is more of a practical workspace where we get things done. We have been at 4080 for a few years now. Most of our work involves figuring out how to make spaces look better or work better for the people living in them. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just look at a room and see what needs fixing. Sometimes we are out at sites and other times we are here at Shivananda Circle working on the details. It gets a bit messy with blueprints and material swatches everywhere, but that is how we work best. We are not a huge corporation with a lot of staff. It is just us doing the job. People in the neighborhood know us as the folks who do interior work. We do not have a big sales pitch. If someone needs help with their house, they just drop by the street and talk to us. We try to be helpful without making things complicated.
