Mintleap Technologies Llp is based over at No 96 Vinyasa in Basavanagar. It is tucked away on 1st Main 5th Cross. If you are familiar with the M H Post area in Bangalore City, you probably know the neighborhood. It is a regular residential-looking street, which makes the office feel more relaxed than a cold glass building. We have been operating from here for some time now. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our equipment and do our daily tasks. There are a handful of us working here. Usually, the morning starts with everyone catching up on what needs to be finished from the day before. We don't really have formal meetings every five minutes. We just talk across the room when something comes up. The 5th Cross can get a bit narrow if too many cars are parked, but we make it work. Working in Basavanagar is nice because it feels like a real neighborhood. You see people going about their lives while we are inside typing away. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It’s just tech work and problem-solving. Some days are long, and some are shorter, depending on how much we have on our plates. We focus on the tasks we have in front of us and try not to overcomplicate things for the sake of it.
