We are based out of Marathahalli at B 2, which is a busy part of Bangalore. Minitechs Aerotools Pvt Ltd is what the sign says on the door. If you have ever been to Marathahalli, you know how the traffic is on the main road, but our spot is a bit tucked away. Inside the office, it is mostly the sound of people talking or working on their computers. We deal with tools and technical stuff every day. It is a practical place. We don’t have fancy carpets or anything like that. Just regular chairs and tables for the staff. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes to work, which can be a bit of a struggle in the morning. For lunch, we usually just eat at our desks or go to the small shops around the corner. The building is not new, but it works for us. We have been working from this B 2 location for some time now. Some days are very long when there is a lot of work to finish, and other days are a bit more relaxed. We don't spend time on flashy things. It is just about getting the tools ready and making sure the orders are correct. The power goes out sometimes, but we have a backup generator. It is just a normal company trying to do things right in a crowded city. We have got a lot of boxes stacked up in the corner sometimes, and the windows need a cleaning, but it is home for now.
