Our office is down in Singasandra at the Divya Jyothi Royal County. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the center of town. We are at number 024. It is quite close to Manipal County, which is a good landmark to tell people when they get lost. Being off Hosur Road means we deal with a lot of trucks and traffic during the rush hour, but once you get inside the complex, it is actually pretty calm. The air feels a little different here than in the middle of Koramangala. We have a small setup here for Mindtree Consulting Limited. It is nothing flashy, just a place where we sit down and handle our day-to-day business tasks. The office is functional. We have got enough chairs and desks for everyone, and the internet works most of the time without too much trouble. Sometimes we take a walk around the county area during lunch just to stretch our legs. It is mostly residential around here, so you see people walking their dogs and kids playing. It makes the workday feel a bit less heavy. We chose this spot because it was easier for a few of us to get to work without spending three hours in a car. It’s a straightforward workplace. No big corporate art on the walls or anything, just some calendars and notes pinned up on the walls near our desks. It’s just us working through our usual tasks every day.
