Mindcomp Buildwell Llp

Mindcomp Buildwell Llp is over on Ulsoor Road. Our office is up on the 4th floor of the Salarpuria Windsor building. It is a pretty central spot in Bangalore, so we get to see a lot of what is going on in the city from our windows. We do a lot of the planning and management for building projects from this office. It can get pretty busy here with people coming in and out to discuss site plans or look over the budget for a new build. We don't really have a big corporate feel; it is more like a group of people who just know how to get things built. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking at designs or on the phone coordinating with the crews out in the field. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, or the parking is full, but we make it work. We have been involved in a variety of projects around the city, and each one has its own set of headaches and successes. It is just the nature of the construction business in a place like Bangalore. We try to be practical about everything and don't make promises we can't keep. It is about making sure the building is solid and the work is done properly, without any of the extra fluff you see in brochures.
