We are located right on the 100ft Ring Road in Banashankari 3rd Stage. Being in the 7th Block of the 4th Phase means we are in a pretty active part of Bangalore. The address is number 298 on 9th Main. It is a bit easy to miss if you aren't looking closely because the buildings all look similar around here. We have been working from this spot for a few years. It is loud because of the ring road, but the 9th Main side is a bit more residential and calm. There are trees outside our window, which is nice when the weather is good. We focus on our daily tasks and try not to get too distracted by the constant traffic. Mind Flower Edutainment is just a small team of people who like what they do. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, the person closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. Our furniture is a mix of stuff we bought over time, so nothing really matches perfectly. It gives the place a bit of character, I think. We spend a lot of time talking about how to make things better, but we don't use those big corporate words. We just talk like normal people. Lunch breaks are usually spent at the small eateries around the block. It is a decent place to spend the day. Most of us live close by, so we don't have to deal with the worst traffic every single day.
