Our office is tucked away in Peenya Industrial Estate, specifically on 1st Cross in HSR Layout 1st Stage. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of noise from trucks and machines nearby. It is not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it by now. The building is old and doesn't look like much from the outside, but it serves our purpose well enough. We started Mind Eye Consultant Enterprises because we wanted to do something on our own. There are only a handful of us here most days. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we keep putting it off because we are busy with other things. Most of our neighbors are also small businesses or workshops, so there is a lot of activity on the street. Getting here in the morning is a bit of a struggle because of the Peenya traffic, so some of us start a bit later and stay late to avoid the rush. We don't have a big HR department or any of that. If someone has a problem, they just say it across the room. It is a very direct way of working. We drink a lot of tea from the stall at the corner. The desk space is a bit cramped, but we make it work. It feels like a real place with real people just trying to make a living. Sometimes we have to shout a bit to be heard over the welding next door, but it is fine.
