Midstride Technologies Private Limited

Midstride Technologies Private Limited is based out of Villa 182 in the JRC Palladio complex. This is down on Atibele Road in Anekal, which is quite far out from the center of Bangalore. Being in a villa means it’s a lot different from the usual office buildings. It is much quieter and there is more space to breathe. We use the different rooms in the villa for different tasks. One room has the main workstations and another is for our lunch breaks. The garden outside is a nice place to sit when we need a break from the screens. It takes a while to drive out here, but the lack of traffic noise makes up for it. We don't have a reception desk or a security guard at our specific door. It’s just a regular door like any other house in the colony. We started working here because it was more comfortable than a cramped cubicle. There is a lot of natural light coming in through the big windows. Sometimes we have problems with deliveries finding us because the complex is so big and all the villas look similar. We just walk over to the gate to pick things up. It’s a very relaxed way to work. We don't have formal meetings often. We just talk across the hallway. It feels like a small family business because of the setting. It’s just a practical, quiet place for work.
