Metlife Insurance

You can find Metlife Insurance over at 101 Kns Samarpan. We are on 10th C Cross in Amarjothi Nagar, which is part of the Vijayanagar area here in Bangalore. The building is easy to spot once you get onto the right cross street. We have a small sign outside. Inside, it is just a standard office setup with some old desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We do a lot of data entry and talking to people on the phone. It is not the most exciting work, but it is important for the families who have policies with us. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. There is usually some music playing softly in the background from a small radio someone brought in. We do not have a big fancy lobby, just a couple of plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait for us to find their folder. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We get a lot of locals walking over. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons meeting with folks who have questions about their coverage. It is a decent place to spend the day. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We just run this branch and try to make sure the paperwork is done right every time.
