Metlife India Insurance Company Limited

We are up on the second floor here in JP Nagar Phase 2. It’s the KSRTC Layout area, right on 3rd Cross and 4th Main. Most days it is just us at Metlife India Insurance Company Limited dealing with stacks of folders and helping people who walk in with questions about their policies. The building is okay, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done for what we need. We have been at this spot for a while now. Usually, it is pretty quiet in the mornings before the traffic really picks up outside on the main road. If you are coming by to see us, you just take the stairs up to the second floor. There are a few of us working at the desks, mostly typing away or talking on the phone with the main office. We do not really do big meetings or anything like that here. People mostly come in to drop off documents or ask why something hasn't come through yet. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually end up during the afternoon break. It is just a regular office space where we handle the insurance side of things for folks around this part of Bangalore. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup so the computers stay on. It feels like a small neighborhood spot even though the name sounds big. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner desks when it is busy.
