Our place, Meruhi Innovations Private Limited, is situated at SY No 8/2 in Hoody Village, near the Mahadevapura Post in Bengaluru. It’s an area that has seen a lot of growth lately, but our spot still feels a bit more connected to the old village roots. We have a basic setup where we work on different innovative ideas and technical tasks. It’s not a shiny glass tower; it’s more of a practical building that serves our needs. We spend a lot of time here, often from early morning until late in the evening when we are trying to wrap something up. The team is a mix of people who just like to build things and solve problems. We don’t really do the whole "corporate culture" thing with team-building retreats or fancy slogans. We just sit together, share some snacks, and work through our to-do lists. Hoody is a busy place, so there’s always noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s just part of the atmosphere. We focus on what’s in front of us and try to make sure everything we produce is solid. It’s an honest day’s work in a part of the city that is always moving. We like being here because it feels like we’re right in the middle of where things are actually happening, without all the extra fluff that usually comes with being a tech company.
