Merittrac Pvt Ltd is based out of 11 Govinda Nilaya in Konankunte. This is down in the southern part of Bangalore, 560062. It’s a house that we’ve turned into our workspace. It doesn't look like a typical office from the outside, which we actually prefer. It feels more like a home. We have a small garden area at the front where we sometimes take our breaks. Inside, we’ve set up our tables and wires everywhere. It’s a bit cluttered with papers and equipment, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is mostly houses, so it’s peaceful compared to the city center. We start our day with the usual routine of checking emails and sorting out the schedule. Since we are in Bangalore, we talk a lot about the weather and how long it took to get to work. The building, Govinda Nilaya, has its own character. It’s got those old-style floors and big windows. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone comes to the door, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We handle the technical side of things here. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We’ve been in this Konankunte spot for a while and it’s become our second home. It’s just a group of us working together without any corporate fuss.
