We don't have a giant neon sign or anything. Most people just walk right past us without noticing. Inside, it's pretty much what you would expect from a small team. We have some desks, a printer that jams way too often, and a shelf full of old manuals and binders. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going at full speed. There’s a guy who brings around snacks in the mid-morning, which is usually the highlight of the day for most of us. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest company in town. We are just local people doing our work. We know the shortcuts to avoid the main road traffic and where to get the best coffee nearby. That is pretty much the life here. It’s nothing spectacular, but it’s our daily routine and we are used to it. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished.
