We are situated in a spot that’s a bit quieter than the main roads, which we actually prefer for our daily work. Jeevith Gardens has a nice feel to it. Our office is where all the different parts of our group come together to manage things. It can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We are mostly focused on electronics and technical projects, so there are usually a lot of components and wires lying around on the workbenches. It isn't the cleanest or most polished place you will see, but it is a real working environment. We’ve been here for a good while, and we’ve seen the whole area grow up around us. Bangalore traffic is always a big topic of conversation in the morning, but once we get through the gates, we just settle into the day’s tasks. We don't go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just have a list of things that need to be finished and we try to get through them. It’s a steady pace for us. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big order, but that’s just how it goes in this industry.
