Our place is at No. 235, though they’ve changed the numbers around and it’s now officially 535. We’re in Bangalore, right in the heart of Karnataka. Dealing with relays is what we do day in and day out. If you’ve ever seen a relay, you know they’re small but pretty important for making things work. We’ve got stacks of them here in the shop. It’s a bit of an older building, so it has its quirks, like the way the door sticks in the rainy season. We don't mind it much. It’s just home to us. The staff here are mostly local people who’ve been around electronics for years. We don't put on any airs or try to act like we’re some big international firm. We just know our relays and we’re happy to help anyone who comes in looking for a specific type. Bangalore has grown so fast, but this little patch of 560003 still feels like the old days to us. We keep things simple. We talk to the suppliers, we check the stock, and we wait for the phone to ring. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or a PR team. It’s just us, some shelves full of components, and a lot of work to get through. Most days are quiet, but we like the pace. It lets us focus on getting the right parts to the right people.
