Avitronics Systemtech India Pvt Ltd Meltronics Group

We are part of the Meltronics Group and our office is at number 444 on the 2nd Main Road. We’re in B-Block of the AECS-Layout in Kundalahalli, Bangalore. This area is full of tech companies, but we try to keep our place feeling a bit more grounded. We handle various systemtech tasks and have been at this location for some time now. It’s a decent-sized building, but we don't go in for the flashy decor you see in some of the big IT parks. We just need a solid place to work on our electronics and systems. The commute can be a bit of a drag given the Kundalahalli traffic, but we’re used to it. We have a small team of engineers and technicians who really know their stuff. We don't spend a lot of time in meetings talking about strategy. We mostly just look at the boards and the code and try to figure out how to make them better. It's a very hands-on environment. Sometimes things get messy with wires and components everywhere, but that’s just how we operate. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want the systems we build to work the way they are supposed to. People usually find us when they need something specific built or fixed properly. We just stay focused on the tech and don't worry about much else in the day-to-day.
