Cadence

Cadence is tucked away in Flat No. 115 at Golden Corner Apartments here in Bangalore. It's a regular residential spot, so it doesn't look like a business from the street. We’ve been set up here for some time now, just handling the day-to-day work from this one room. It’s mostly just sitting at desks and keeping track of things. We chose this place because it was easy to get to and quiet enough to actually think. Bangalore can get pretty loud, but this corner of the building stays fairly calm. There isn't much to say about our setup; it's just a couple of computers and some chairs. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and stay out of the way. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the neighbors, but we’re used to it by now. Most people who come by are surprised we work out of an apartment, but it makes sense for us. It keeps the costs down and stays local. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just show up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way. We've got a small fridge for lunch and enough light to see. That's all we really need. We’ve been in Karnataka for a long time and don't plan on moving.
