Medas Marketing Services is located in Bapuji Nagar at Friend Estate, number 339. It is a place that feels very much like a community hub. We are not tucked away in some glass tower. We are right there where everything happens. The office is usually quite full of energy. We handle marketing tasks, which mostly involves a lot of talking on the phone and coordinating with different people. It is not always easy, but it keeps us on our toes. We have a small group of people who have been here for a long time. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes to do on the weekends. The estate itself is a mix of different businesses, so there is always someone new to say hello to in the hallway. We do not have a polished corporate image. Our desks are usually covered in notes and coffee mugs. We use simple English when we talk to our clients because there is no need to make things more complicated than they are. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we usually try to head home on time. We like the local feel of Bapuji Nagar. It is a place where people still know their neighbors' names. That is the kind of environment we like to work in every day.
