You can find us over at SS Plaza, which is on the first floor near the Income Tax Circle in BTM Layout. This is the 2nd Stage of Ns Palya, and it stays pretty busy around here. We are mostly surrounded by the sounds of the machines and the hum of the city outside. Being an embroidery business means there is always a lot of thread and fabric lying around the tables. It gets a bit messy sometimes, but that is just how we work. The light in the plaza isn't always the best, so we have some extra lamps at the workstations to see the fine details. We have been in Bangalore for a long time, and we have seen BTM change so much. Traffic is usually a mess at the circle, so we hear a lot of horns throughout the day. Our team is small, just a few people who know their way around a needle and thread. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them about where we are. It’s a practical space, not a showroom. We spend our hours making sure the designs look right and the orders are ready when they should be. It is hard work, and our hands get tired, but it is what we do.
