Mba H R Fresher

Our place is over in Malleshwaram, specifically at C O Sharada B B Ramachandra Apartments on 5th Cross. We’re in the A M D Block. Bangalore is always busy, but this part of Malleshwaram has its own rhythm. The business is called Mba H R Fresher. We work out of the apartment here. It’s a bit crowded with all the paperwork and folders we have lying around, but it works for us. The 5th Cross is a familiar street for most people in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes. Since we are in a residential block, it’s mostly quiet, except for the delivery bikes passing by. The building is older, so it has that solid feel to it. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s just a few desks and some chairs. Malleshwaram is great because you can find good food just a short walk away. We usually take a break around noon to get some air. The name Mba H R Fresher might sound a bit specific, but it’s what we are. Dealing with HR stuff from a home office means things are pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have and try to keep everything moving. It’s a simple life here in the A M D Block, just working through the days.
