I’ve been based here in Cubbonpet at number 14 for a long time now. If you know this part of the city, you know how narrow the lanes are and how crowded it gets during the middle of the day. My space isn't much to look at, just a regular spot where I handle my daily business. There is always a lot of activity happening right outside the door, with vendors shouting and bikes trying to squeeze through the gaps. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, though I usually have the radio playing in the background to keep me company. Most of my day is spent dealing with people who walk in with different requests or just neighbors stopping by for a chat. I don't really use a computer much, mostly just keeping notes in my ledger and making sure I don't forget any details. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but I haven't really found the time to get around to it. Everything has its place here, even if it looks a bit messy to someone else. I like being in this area because everything you need is just a short walk away. It’s a humble way to earn a living, but it keeps me busy from morning until evening. I’ve seen a lot of changes in Cubbonpet over the years, but my little corner stays pretty much the same. I just show up, do my work, and go home when the sun sets.
