We’re over in the MBC Building on Infantry Road, specifically in Unit 202 on the second floor. Being in the heart of the city means there’s always something happening outside our window. Our agency deals with property, so we see a lot of different people coming through the door looking for a place to stay or an office to rent. It’s mostly about listening to what they need and then looking through our lists to see if anything matches. We don't use any fancy software, just our notebooks and the knowledge we’ve picked up over the years. Infantry Road is a busy place, and our office can get quite crowded on Monday mornings. We have a few old desks and some comfortable chairs for visitors. It’s a simple operation. We spend a lot of time walking around to show people different buildings, so we’re out of the office as much as we are in it. Sometimes the deals fall through and sometimes they work out, that’s just the nature of the estate business. We’ve been at this long enough to not get too bothered by the ups and downs. We just keep our files updated and try to be helpful to whoever walks in. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Most of the time, we’re just happy to find someone the right spot after they've been searching for weeks. It’s a lot of legwork, but we don't mind it.
