Our branch is located at No 76, on the 1st Floor of the 16th Cross in Jai Bharat Nagar, Bangalore. It’s a bit of a different vibe than the city center, more of a neighborhood feel. Manpower Services India Pvt Ltd uses this space to manage recruitment for the surrounding areas. We’ve got a small team here. The office is tucked away on the first floor, and it’s a quiet enough place to get work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to candidates and checking in with companies. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't really have a big corporate setup with receptionists and fancy lobbies. You just walk in and see us at our desks. We try to keep things very straightforward. If someone is looking for work, we see what we have and let them know. There’s no sugar-coating or marketing talk. We just do the practical side of hiring. Lunch is usually something quick from a local place. The street outside can get busy with local traffic, but inside we just focus on the files and the computer screens. It is a very down-to-earth environment. We are just regular people helping other people find their way into a job. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time without much fuss or any fancy procedures.
