Manpower Consultants

Our office is over at Chunchghatta Cross in J P Nagar. It’s tucked away in MS Layout on the 4th Cross. We’ve been running Manpower Consultants from this spot for some time. It’s a basic office, nothing too flashy. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to local businesses. Bangalore is always busy, and there’s always someone looking for a job. We just try to help out where we can. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm during the day. We have a small sign out front. Most people find us through word of mouth. We don't spend money on big ads. If you come by, you’ll probably see me or one of the staff sorting through files. It’s a lot of manual work. We check the details and make sure things match up. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it. Dealing with people is what we do. It’s not always easy, but it’s interesting. We see all kinds of workers looking for all kinds of roles. From Jaraganahalli to the rest of the city, we cover a fair bit of ground. The office isn't large, but it serves its purpose well. We like the local feel here. It’s better than being in a big corporate building downtown. We are just regular people helping other regular people find a decent living.
