Manpho Mediscribe

Manpho Mediscribe is located at Seshadripuram, No 105 1. It is a small setup. We do medical transcription work mostly. It means a lot of sitting with headphones on and typing out what doctors say. It’s quiet in here compared to the street outside. We have to be careful with the words because medical stuff is important. We aren't a big factory. It’s just a group of people who are good at listening and typing fast. The office has a few computers and some old chairs. We’ve been in Seshadripuram for a while. It’s a good neighborhood with nice places to get lunch nearby. Sometimes the audio files are hard to hear, so we have to listen over and over. It can be tiring for the eyes. We don't have a fancy corporate culture. We just show up, do the work, and go home. We talk about our families during breaks. Sometimes we bring in sweets if it’s someone’s birthday. It’s a very simple operation. We don’t try to sound bigger than we are. If you came to visit, you’d see a regular room with people working hard. There is no receptionist at a big desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We like keeping it that way. It’s practical and keeps the focus on the typing we have to finish by the end of the day.
