Manpasand Manpower Pvt Ltd

Started here in BTM 2nd Stage a while back. Manpasand Manpower Pvt Ltd is right on 15 Nspalya St Main. It is a busy spot. Most days we are just sitting here handling files and talking to people who need work. The traffic outside is always loud. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs. People come in looking for jobs, and we try to see where they fit. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just wait it out. It is a local business, nothing corporate. We know the neighbors. My desk is usually covered in papers. We spend a lot of time on the phone. It is hard work matching the right person to the right place. Bangalore is growing so fast, so there is always someone looking. We stay open pretty late most nights. Sometimes candidates show up late because of the silk board jam. We understand that. Life is busy here. We just do what we can. It’s not a big team, just a few of us making sure everything moves along. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. If you are around BTM, you probably seen our sign. It’s just a regular office doing regular work. No big speeches or fancy promises. Just daily stuff that keeps us going while we help people find a way to earn.
